My question for this week was is it better to use Splenda instead of sugar?
There are so many articles out there it would have taken me a very long time to boil it all down into a comprehensive answer; so instead I am sending you to Small bites nutrition. Its a blog that I love to read and the author is on the track to be a registered Dietitian doing his masters.
