Meal plan

I am so glad that I have now set aside one hour a week to work on my meal plan so I don't have to think about it on Sundays! Here is what we are cooking up this week.

Monday: Spaghetti, Salad and garlic toast
Tuesday: Chops, Mashed potatoes and veggies
Wednesday: Stir fry
Thursday: BBQ lentils
Friday: Tex Mex Chicken, French fries and veggie sticks
Saturday: Baked beans, scallop potatoes

BBQ Lentils sound neat. I never know what to do with lentils, though the few recipes I have had were yummy.
