These little treats have been so yummy for those hot summer nights. I didn't really follow a recipe but I will give you the basic idea of what I did.
First make a graham cracker crust using the recipe on the graham crumbs box. Next in a mixer I beat cream cheese and a bit of sugar until light and fluffy. Then I added in some thawed strawberries (maybe 1 cup), vanilla and last I folded in some cool whip. Layer this all on top of the crust, cover and place in the freezer.
